Pixel 7 not asking "Use two SIMs?"

I have an eSIM registered in my phone already, but when I add a different physical SIM, it doesn't ask me to use both of them. It does ask me to unlock it, but then it only shows the eSIM in the "Network and Internet section." Has anyone had a similar issue?
